Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?

We recommend booking ahead so we can give you an unhurried, fully prepared experience — you can book online through Fresha any time, or call us at 416 901 2230. We do welcome walk-ins when there's space, but appointments always come first, so booking is the surest way to get the time you want.

What if I need to reschedule or can't make my appointment?

Life happens — just let us know. There's a one-hour window to reschedule before your appointment time. If you booked online you'll get email and text reminders with a link to change your time, or you can simply call us and we'll find a new slot.

How should I prepare for my visit?

Come a few minutes early if it's your first time, wear something comfortable, and think about your colours beforehand if you can — though we're always happy to help you choose. If you're removing an existing set or shellac, let us know when you book so we can set aside the right amount of time.

Is the salon clean and safe?

Yes — cleanliness is the heart of how we work. We follow Toronto Public Health's BodySafe guidelines for personal service settings: single-use items are disposed of after every client, tools are thoroughly disinfected and sterilized, and stations are sanitized between guests. It's the standard we'd want for our own family.

Can I bring food or drinks, or use my phone during my service?

Please finish any outside food or drinks before your service or store them away — Toronto Public Health prohibits them in personal service settings. You're welcome to use your phone, though for the best result with nail art or detailed work, a still hand helps us give you exactly what you pictured.
